Provides professional ultrasonic cleaning solutions for the fastener industry (including standard parts, screws, nuts, precision fasteners, etc.), mainly addressing the following pain points

| Industry Pain Points | Bac Solutions |
|---|---|
| Traditional cleaning methods using trichloroethylene, dewaxing water, etc., with high COD emissions and environmental pressure | Adopt water-based cleaning agents with COD emissions meeting environmental standards |
| Low yield rate for high-end products | Improve product cleanliness to enhance yield rates |
| Incomplete cleaning of thread gaps and blind holes | Multi-frequency ultrasonic technology with cavitation effects penetrating fine structures |
| High cleaning costs | Save on dewaxing water and water consumption, reducing overall costs |
Transducers: German original imported "SLTK" piezoelectric ceramic chips, providing strong and stable output
Ultrasonic Frequencies: 28kHz/40kHz dual-frequency options to suit different cleaning needs
28kHz: Suitable for rough cleaning, removing heavy oil contamination
40kHz: Suitable for fine cleaning, penetrating thread gaps
Cleaning Tank Material: 2mm SUS304 stainless steel welding, highly corrosion-resistant
Heating System: Adjustable from room temperature to 99°C, enhancing degreasing efficiency when combined with ultrasonic waves
Power Configuration: Ultrasonic power 1.2kW, heating power 3kW (BK28-1200 as example)
Bac's typical cleaning process designed for the fastener industry:
Loading → High-pressure Spray Rough Cleaning → Ultrasonic Fine Cleaning → Spray Rinsing → Air Knife Dewatering → Hot Air Drying → Cooling and Unloading
Recommended Process Parameters:
Rough Cleaning Tank: 28kHz, temperature 60-70°C, time 3-5 minutes, using water-based degreaser (concentration 3-5%)
Fine Cleaning Tank: 40kHz, temperature 55-65°C, time 3-5 minutes, power density 0.4-0.6W/L
Drying: Hot air drying at 105±15°C, or centrifugal dewatering + hot air drying
