1. Precision Gear Cleaning Solution

  • Step 1: Adopt SINOBAKR vacuum ultrasonic cleaning equipment with a frequency of 20–40 kHz and power of 500–1500 W, paired with neutral cleaning agent (pH 6.5–7.5). It prevents damage to hardened tooth surface layers for corrosion‑prone materials such as aluminum gears and carburized gears. Conduct constant‑temperature cleaning at 50–60 °C for 15–30 minutes. The cavitation effect enables the cleaning agent to fully penetrate hidden areas including tooth grooves and blind holes, dislodging fine metal chips and stubborn oil contaminants for dead‑zone‑free cleaning.

  • Step 2: Perform secondary cleaning with a modified alcohol cleaning machine.
