Sinobakr’s camshaft cleaning solution adopts a closed-loop process of environmental hydrocarbon / modified alcohol solvent + ultrasonic cleaning + vacuum drying. It solves the pain points of traditional water-based cleaning such as easy rusting, incomplete degreasing and residual particles in oil passages, achieving non-corrosion, zero sewage discharge, high cleanliness and recyclable solvent reuse for mass production.

Oil dirt & carbon deposits: Thermally cured sludge, carbon deposits and varnish on camshaft surfaces, cam lobes, journal surfaces and oil passages.
Micro-particle residue: Metal scraps and grinding powder left in machined oil holes, inclined oil passages and threaded holes, which easily cause shaft scuffing and abnormal noise.
Rust risk: Residues of water-based cleaning agents easily lead to rust on cast iron/steel camshafts and damage surface roughness.
Precision surface protection: Cam lobes and journals are high-frequency friction surfaces; the cleaning process must avoid scratches, corrosion and material embrittlement.
