Batch Routine Part Cleaning Solution (Suitable for General Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel Parts)

Application Scenarios: Mass-produced conventional parts such as auto parts, general mechanical parts and hardware stamping parts. The main contaminants are cutting oil, emulsion, iron filings and dust.

1. Core Equipment

Automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine (multi-tank/pass-through type), high-pressure spray cleaning machine, mesh belt dryer, part cleaning basket.

2. Cleaning Process (Automatic Assembly Line)

1. Pre-treatment: Immediately after the parts are processed, put them into a collection basket to remove large iron filings and debris on the surface, so as to avoid scratches on the part surface by iron filings; for parts with heavy oil pollution, pre-spray degreasing can be performed first.

2. Classification and Loading: Classify parts by size and weight, put them into special cleaning baskets, ensure no stacking between parts, and allow the cleaning fluid to fully penetrate all surfaces.

3. Core Cleaning: Adopt the combined process of "ultrasonic + high-pressure spray". The cleaning medium is water-based neutral degreaser (recyclable), the water temperature is controlled at 50-60℃, the ultrasonic power is 1000-1500W, and the cleaning time is 10-15 minutes; the high-pressure spray pressure is 0.3-0.5MPa, which flushes residual iron filings and oil stains in the gaps and dead corners of parts.

4. Rinsing and Dehydration: After 2-3 times of pure water rinsing to remove residual degreaser on the surface; a small amount of rust inhibitor can be added in the last rinsing to achieve short-term rust prevention (7-30 days).

5. Drying Treatment: Send the parts into a mesh belt hot air dryer, the temperature is 70-80℃, and the drying time is 8-12 minutes, ensuring that the surface of the parts is free of moisture and water marks.

6. Inspection and Packaging: Check the cleanliness of parts visually or through a cleanliness testing instrument, and package them after passing the inspection to avoid secondary pollution.
