Process Logic

5-axis CNC high-pressure water jet (30–50MPa) targets and scours aluminum powder and stamping micro burrs trapped in gaps to remove heavy debris; workpieces then proceed to vacuum hydrocarbon fine cleaning for degreasing and drying, integrating cleaning and micro deburring in one single process.
