As a core aluminum die‑cast component of the automotive cooling system, the automobile water pump housing features densely‑arranged internal oil passages, blind holes, intersecting holes and threaded structures. After CNC machining, aluminum chips, cutting fluids and machining burrs tend to remain inside hole walls.
