Sinobakr inverter housings are mostly formed by aluminum alloy die-casting. After CNC precision machining, the housing surface, threaded holes, blind holes, cross holes and internal cavities are prone to residual aluminum scraps, cutting oil stains, die-casting oxide scales and fine dust. Traditional manual cleaning and ordinary ultrasonic cleaning cannot completely remove impurities in deep holes and dead corners, which easily causes poor assembly sealing, reduced insulation performance and housing corrosion, seriously affecting the stability and service life of new energy inverters. A dedicated CNC high-pressure cleaning machine automatic cleaning solution is formulated to meet mass standardized production requirements.
This solution adopts a multi-axis linkage high-pressure water jet cleaning process. With an accurate CNC programming control system, it presets exclusive cleaning trajectories based on the 3D structure of the housing. Equipped with rotatable and retractable high-pressure water jet nozzles, it fully covers complex structures such as the outer surface, inner cavity, threaded holes and deep holes of the housing, eliminating residual dirt in dead corners. Adopting variable frequency pressure regulation technology, the cleaning pressure can be automatically adjusted according to different structural parts of the housing, stably controlled at 100-300 bar under normal working conditions. It can strongly remove stubborn oil stains, compact aluminum scraps and machining burrs without damaging the precision forming surface and sealing reference surface of the housing.
The integrated closed-loop process integrates five functional modules: high-pressure precision cleaning, multi-stage pure water rinsing, oil-water separation, precision filtration and constant-temperature hot air drying, realizing fully automatic unattended operation. Equipped with three-stage precision filtration and magnetic scrap removal devices, the equipment intercepts suspended aluminum scraps and oil impurities effectively and realizes recycling of cleaning water to reduce production and water costs. Constant-temperature hot air drying eliminates residual water in micro-pores to prevent oxidation and discoloration of aluminum alloy housings and improve cleaning consistency.
Suitable for mass production of all series of Sinobakr die-cast inverter housings, this solution replaces inefficient manual deburring and cleaning. It solves common industrial problems such as residual machining impurities, unqualified cleanliness and unstable batch quality.
