Equipped with 3/5-axis numerical control and telescopic rotary side spray nozzles featuring 45°/90° multi-angle spraying, the machine penetrates intersecting holes, intersecting oil galleries, blind holes, threads, water cooling interlayers and parting line gaps. It removes internal burrs, aluminum scraps and die-casting sand in one single pass, which cannot be accessed by manual grinding, wire brushes, conventional spray washing or ultrasonic cleaning.
It supports stepless adjustable high pressure ranging from 30 to 50 MPa: 30–35 MPa for thin-wall motor housings to prevent deformation, and 40–50 MPa for thick-wall valve bodies to thoroughly break off burrs. The non-contact pure water jet processing leaves no grinding scratches, extrusion deformation or thermal damage, fully preserving the dimensional accuracy of die-cast parts.
A single machine completes multiple procedures simultaneously: removing die-casting flash and machined burrs, flushing out aluminum scraps, and stripping release agents, cutting fluids and die-casting scale. Separate deburring and cleaning stations are eliminated to avoid secondary contamination caused by workpiece transfer.
The touchscreen stores hundreds of product process recipes. Switching between motor housings, gearbox housings, battery trays and hydraulic valve bodies only requires recalling corresponding programs. Equipped with quick-change tooling fixtures, it boosts model changeover efficiency by 70% for mixed production of various die-cast parts, catering to both small-batch trial production and mass manufacturing.
The machine forms a closed-loop standalone workflow: loading → high-pressure deburring → spray degreasing → DI water rinsing → hot air drying → water circulation purification. It can be integrated with robotic arms and material conveying racks to connect post-die-casting and post-CNC machining processes, enabling 24-hour unattended production. It supports MES data connection, remote maintenance and full traceability of process parameters to meet digital traceability requirements of OEMs.
Its operation logic is consistent with machining centers. Operators can get proficient after brief training, reducing reliance on skilled workers and cutting labor management costs.
