Our CNC high-pressure deburring washing machine is a dedicated integrated equipment for deburring and precision cleaning specially designed for automotive aluminum die-castings. High-pressure System: Variable-frequency adjustable high-pressure booster pump with a maximum pressure of 50MPa, equipped with wear-resistant gemstone nozzles. It supports multi-mode water jets including straight spray, 45° inclined spray and 90° side spray to remove burrs deep inside intersecting holes, blind holes and threaded oil galleries.
CNC Motion Axes: Standard 3/5-axis linkage with CNC rotary table and telescopic rotary water jets. Self-programmable trajectories enable targeted precise impact on burr roots without any uncleaned blind spots.
Integrated Working Chamber: The fully enclosed single chamber integrates high-pressure deburring & washing, multi-stage circulating filtration, deionized water rinsing, hot air drying and oil-water separation. The entire process from feeding to finished dry parts is completed on one machine without intermediate transfer.
Water Circulation System: Equipped with three-stage precision filtration and magnetic aluminum scrap collectors, the system recycles 95% of washing water for low water consumption. A built-in oil-water separator automatically separates die-casting release agents and cutting fluids.
Intelligent Control System: 10-inch touchscreen storing hundreds of product process programs. Pressure, feed speed and spraying duration can be switched with one click. The system supports MES production line connection and remote maintenance.
Safety Protection: Fully enclosed sound-insulated cabin, overpressure protection, emergency stop interlock and anti-corrosion water circuit design for aluminum parts. The whole machine holds CE and UL certifications, suitable for dust-free workshops of vehicle manufacturers.

CNC Targeted High-Pressure Deburring (Core Process)Pre-stored CNC programs are called up, and 5-axis linked water jets spray evenly along hole passages, parting lines and thread roots with dynamically adjustable pressure ranging from 30 to 50MPa:
30–35MPa for thin-walled housings to prevent aluminum deformation;
40–50MPa for thick-walled valve bodies and deep intersecting holes to thoroughly break off burrs on intersecting lines;Aluminum scraps and die-casting residues attached to surfaces are flushed off simultaneously.
Spray Degreasing with Water-Based Neutral ChemicalsLow-pressure composite spraying adopts special neutral cleaning agents for aluminum parts to dissolve release agents and cutting fluids. No strong alkali is used to corrode aluminum surfaces and avoid whitening oxidation.
Multi-Stage Precision Rinsing with Deionized WaterHigh-pressure rinsing with deionized water eliminates residual chemicals to prevent watermarks and white spots, meeting strict automotive cleanliness requirements.
Circulating Hot Air DryingClean hot air at 80–120°C blows uniformly across all surfaces to remove water trapped in deep holes and interlayers. Workpieces come out completely dry and free from short-term rust during storage.
Automatic Water Circulation PurificationFiltration runs synchronously with processing: magnetic rods collect aluminum scraps → bag filters remove micron particles → oil-water separation. Waste liquid is treated centrally on a regular basis to realize water recycling.
Single-chamber CNC high-pressure washing machine with small footprint. Programs for different housings can be recalled with one click, ideal for component suppliers and mixed production of multiple die-cast models.
