The dedicated hydrocarbon solvent achieves a 99.9% recovery rate, delivering residue-free surfaces without watermarks or oxidation, meeting micron-level cleanliness standards of OEM manufacturers. Near-zero VOC emissions drastically cut long-term consumable costs.
For mass-produced housings and new energy structural components, fully automatic spray/robotic intelligent cleaning lines are available. Equipped with 50–300 bar fixed-point high-pressure nozzles to flush deep crossed holes, six-axis robots paired with AI vision inspection automatically optimize cleaning paths for over 99% coverage. Connectable to MES systems for full-process data traceability, the equipment reduces model changeover time by 70% and minimizes manual labor.
