Precision‑stamped components, CNC‑machined small‑size parts, micro‑shafts, gaskets, bushings, springs, circlips, screws & nuts, connector terminals, fine‑pitch gears, bearings, small‑sized parts made of stainless steel, copper, aluminum and zinc alloy, powder‑metallurgy parts, etc.

Common Contaminants: Cutting oil, drawing oil, anti‑rust oil, iron filings, aluminum swarf, polishing wax, micron‑sized dust, residues in blind holes and threads.

Cleaning Difficulties: Dead‑end zones such as blind holes, micro‑holes and gaps; high risk of scratch and oxidation/rust; zero‑water‑spot requirement, high cleanliness standard, compliance with specifications including VDA19, ISO16232.

Solution A: Vacuum Hydrocarbon Ultrasonic Cleaning (Top Choice for High‑end Precision Parts)

Recommended for parts with strict cleanliness requirements, components with deep‑cavity blind holes, new‑energy hardware, connectors, micro‑gears and bearings for direct assembly after cleaning.

Process Flow: Loading → Vacuum Spray Pre‑washing → High‑frequency Ultrasonic Fine‑cleaning → Spray Rinsing → Vapor Degreasing → Vacuum Drying → Unloading

Sinobakr Models: Single‑station Vacuum Hydrocarbon Cleaning Machine / Multi‑station Continuous Hydrocarbon Cleaning Line

Solution C: Fully‑aqueous Cleaning Solution (Cost‑effective for Mass Production)

Soft tumbling inside drum combined with ultrasonic & spray cleaning; prevents scratches caused by mutual collision of springs, gaskets and washers; PLC‑controlled fully‑automatic closed chamber; built‑in oil‑water separator & filtration circulation system; small footprint, well‑suited for screws, springs and micro‑components.
