In view of the characteristics of die-cast aluminum material of Buck motor housings, contaminants such as cutting oil, release agent, metal debris and dust generated during production, as well as the structural features of the housings with numerous blind holes, grooves and gaps, an automatic integrated precision cleaning solution is formulated to meet the cleanliness standards for mass production and assembly.

This solution adopts a composite process of high-pressure spraying and ultrasonic precision cleaning with full automatic operation. Firstly, high-pressure pre-spraying is performed with an environmentally friendly neutral cleaning agent at 40-45℃ to remove surface dust and loose oil stains on the housings. Then, the ultrasonic cavitation effect is applied to thoroughly strip stubborn impurities and fine debris from dead corners, threaded holes and gaps. Afterwards, multi-stage circulating pure water rinsing is carried out to completely eliminate residual cleaning agent, accompanied by strong air cutting to remove surface water.

Finally, a constant-temperature hot air drying process is adopted to achieve thorough drying of both the interior and exterior of the housings without water marks or liquid residue. The complete equipment is equipped with a circulating filtration system to purify cleaning media and reduce consumable loss. The whole process requires no manual intervention, which effectively solves the problems of inconsistent cleanliness and excessive residue caused by manual cleaning. It ensures the assembly accuracy and operational stability of motor housings, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
