Based on the processing characteristics of die-cast aluminum motor end covers for Buck automotive motors, as well as residual contaminants including cutting oil, release agent, aluminum chips and dust, and the structural features of numerous hidden dead spots in micropores, positioning shoulders and sealing grooves, this fully automatic precision cleaning solution is developed to meet the high cleanliness requirements for mass assembly of automotive motors.

This solution adopts a combined process of high-pressure spraying and ultrasonic precision cleaning with fully automatic closed-loop operation. High-pressure pre-cleaning is carried out with an eco-friendly neutral detergent at 40–45℃ to rapidly remove surface dust, floating oil and loose aluminum chips. Ultrasonic cavitation thoroughly eliminates stubborn oil stains and fine impurities hidden in sealing grooves, mounting holes and thread dead corners. Multi-stage circulating pure water rinsing completely removes detergent residues, followed by strong air cutting to drain surface water.

Constant-temperature hot air drying is applied to ensure no water marks, residual liquid or secondary contamination inside and outside the workpieces. Equipped with a precision circulating filtration system, the equipment purifies cleaning media and reduces consumable costs. The unmanned operation effectively avoids unstable cleanliness and excessive residues caused by manual cleaning. It consistently guarantees the assembly accuracy, sealing performance and overall operational reliability of motor end covers, fully adapting to mass industrial production of automotive components.
