With variable high-pressure water flow ranging from 30 to 50 MPa, it thoroughly flushes away aluminum & iron chips, die-casting burrs, cutting fluid and release agents in one pass, complying with stringent automotive cleanliness standards VDA19 and ISO16232.The high-pressure water integrates cleaning and light deburring functions, eliminating separate deburring equipment and secondary contamination caused by workpiece transfer.
Built-in program libraries for various engines support one-click switching between gasoline/diesel engines, cast iron engine blocks and aluminum cylinder heads. Custom automatic tooling fixtures and robotic loading & unloading are compatible with mass-production assembly lines of OEMs, fitting multiple types of engine blocks and cylinder heads with short changeover time.
Adjustable variable water pressure: low-pressure mode for thin-walled aluminum cylinder heads to prevent deformation under high-pressure impact; higher pressure available for cast iron blocks for powerful slag removal.
Matched neutral water-based cleaning process free of strong alkali and corrosives, protecting sealing surfaces and valve seats of aluminum parts. No white spots or oxidative corrosion occur, and precision assembly reference surfaces remain intact.
Complete closed-loop processes: automatic positioning & clamping → CNC fixed-point high-pressure flushing → high-temperature spray degreasing → two-stage pure water rinsing → high-temperature hot air thorough drying. Unattended full-process operation ensures no water trapped in deep holes and interlayers. Cleaned workpieces can be directly sent to assembly lines, greatly shortening production cycle time.
Fitted with magnetic chip separation, multi-stage bag precision filtration and automatic oil-water separators to collect metal residues and floating oil automatically. The water recycling rate exceeds 95%, drastically reducing consumption of cleaning agents and pure water. Sewage volume is minimized, and wastewater can meet discharge standards with simple auxiliary water treatment, energy-saving and eco-friendly.
Full-area purged by clean hot air at 100–120°C to eliminate residual water inside blind holes and interlayers, avoiding water stains and watermark defects. A thin water-based anti-rust film forms on workpiece surfaces after cleaning to prevent rust during short-term storage and reduce reject rates before assembly.
The whole machine features a sealed anti-rust frame and wear & corrosion resistant high-pressure pipelines. Filter assemblies and nozzles adopt modular design for easy disassembly and replacement during daily slag removal and filter element changes, with low failure rates, suitable for 24-hour continuous mass production of OEM factories.
