The instantaneous collapse of bubbles releases micro shock waves, which can penetrate dead corners such as blind holes, inner cavities, cooling channels and thread gaps of die-cast housings that are hard to reach by conventional cleaning methods. It strips stubborn contaminants including carbonized release agent formed under high temperature, aluminum powder, machining cutting oil and metal dust. This physical cleaning process will not scratch or corrode aluminum castings, protecting workpiece surface and sealing performance.

The whole machine consists of multiple serially connected independent functional tanks. Tank stations can be added or removed on demand.
