BUCK automatic multi-tank ultrasonic cleaning machine adopts a modular multi-tank split design, the flexible solution required by automotive Tier 1 customers. Based on the mature ultrasonic cavitation principle, digital ultrasonic generators drive array transducers to create cavitation bubbles inside cleaning liquid. The system reaches dead zones such as blind holes, inner cavities, cooling channels and thread gaps of die-cast housings, removing stubborn contaminants including carbonized release agent formed at high temperature, aluminum powder and machining cutting oil. This physical cleaning process will not scratch or corrode aluminum alloy die castings, safeguarding workpiece sealing performance and surface quality.

The complete cleaning line consists of multiple connected independent functional tanks. Processes can be adjusted on demand, including rough ultrasonic cleaning, fine ultrasonic cleaning, multi-stage pure water rinsing, air blow-off and constant-temperature hot-air drying. Each tank is equipped with independent PID temperature control, adjustable ultrasonic power and circulation filtration system. An oil-water separator continuously removes floating oil and metal debris to extend cleaning fluid service life and cut consumable and maintenance costs. The machine body is welded with thickened 304/316 stainless steel for good corrosion resistance. It works with eco-friendly water-based cleaning agents and complies with wastewater discharge regulations for European factories.

Fitted with PLC programmable control system and touchscreen HMI, the servo gantry manipulator automatically loads, unloads and transfers workpieces to support unattended 24-hour mass production. Cleaning duration, temperature, ultrasonic power and production cycle can be set with one click, enabling quick product changeover for different die-cast housing models. Multi-stage pure water rinsing together with enclosed hot-air drying effectively solves common industry problems such as water marks and whitening on aluminum parts after cleaning. It consistently meets the ISO16232 cleanliness standard for automotive components and guarantees high pass rates in subsequent sealing, coating and helium leak testing processes.
